Admission and Billing

Any group of 20 or more paying individuals can qualify for a discounted rate on admission and the Zoofari Express.

Here are the qualifications:

• Your group must have 20 or more paying individuals.
• Your group must make a reservation at least one week (seven days) in advance by phone (801) 584-1743 or by filling out the Online Reservation Form.
• Your group must arrive together, check in at the Member and Guest Service admission window and pay in one lump sum.
• Lastly, you will need a confirmation number to guarantee your discounted rate. Some reservations may need to be guaranteed with a credit card number.

REMEMBER: Your reservation is NOT guaranteed without a confirmation number.

Pre-purchased Tickets

If your group is more than 20 people and you would like to pre-purchase your tickets for admission, Zoofari Express or Outback Adventure you can. It's easy to do with a credit card over the phone or by email. Once your order is received, it will be processed within 48 hours and the tickets will be mailed to you.

Pre-purchased tickets are non-refundable. They are however valid until the end of December.

School Group Reservations (K-12)

Online Reservations

Groups of 20 or more paying individuals can receive a discount of $1 off regular price admission, and 25¢ off of the Zoofari Express*. Just fill out the information below at least one-week (seven days) prior to your anticipated visit. You should receive your confirmation by email within a couple of days of sending your information.

You must have a confirmation number to receive a discount. Do not assume your reservation is complete until you receive a confirmation number from the Group Sales Office.

Scout Group Reservations

Utah’s Hogle Zoo offers scout troops a discount on admission and a chance to earn several different patches while visiting Utah’s Hogle Zoo. Please click here for more information about scout group discounts and badges.

Consignment Tickets

Be a part of the Utah's Hogle Zoo family and sell Group Admission Tickets (GATs) to your employees or guests of your organization at a discounted price.

How the program works:

1. First contact the Group Ticketing Office by phone (801) 584-1743 or email dcasey@hoglezoo.org to set up your account with Utah's Hogle Zoo. You must sign the Group Admission Ticket (GAT) agreement prior to your first order.
2. Order as many tickets as you like. Tickets can be ordered by phone, fax, email or mail. Tickets are shipped via UPS and usually arrive within 2 - 4 days of your order.
3. An invoice is mailed separately following your order to pay from. All invoices are due 30 days from the date of purchase.
4. Continue to reorder as needed.
5. At the end of the year, simply return any unsold tickets to the Zoo and we will exchange them for the following year's tickets on a dollar-for-dollar basis.
