Register for Special Zoo Events

We are “wild” about wine! Join us for wine tasting after hours on August 3rd and 17th in our Asian Highlands exhibit area. Enjoy a selection of wines that will please your palate, and are available in Utah liquor stores. Chat with a local wine expert who will be on hand to answer any and all of your wine questions. Come by yourself, bring a date, bring your friends! We will begin admitting Wild About Wine guests 30 minutes before the event begins. Ticket includes zoo admission, beverages, and assorted appetizers.

Remember, the wine events are for responsible adults, 21 and older, and valid ID must be presented at check in.

Everyone knows beer goes with sporting events and bratwursts but did you know it also goes great with the Zoo?! After normal Zoo hours on August 10th, join us in Asian Highlands and enjoy a selection of beers from local breweries that are not only pleasing to your palate, but are also available in Utah. Sample a variety of beers, get your questions answered by the beer experts and enjoy some delicious appetizers. Come by yourself, bring a date, bring your friends! We will begin admitting Zoo Pub guests 30 minutes before the event begins. Ticket includes zoo admission, beverages, and assorted appetizers

The Holidays are here and you can join us in the auditorium for our annual "Breakfast with Santa". Tickets include a hot buffet breakfast, a fun holiday craft for the kids, and a photo opportunity of your family with Santa! Every child will get their turn to talk with Santa and go over their wish list. Every good girl and boy will also receive a treat. Don't forget story time with Mrs. Claus. Afterward, take a walk around the Zoo's winter wonderland to see many of our winter-friendly animals!

The holidays are here! Bring your family for a dinner party hosted by Mrs. Claus! Enjoy a delicious hot buffet dinner, followed by a craft activity for the kids and small animal presentations. At the end of the night, Mrs. Claus will entertain everyone with a Christmas story. Your ticket includes admission to ZooLights, Utah's largest animated light park, so bring your warm coat and boots for the scenic walk through the lights. Parents, bring your camera for this great photo opportunity!

If the kids have given Santa their list yet, don’t worry, the big man himself will be at ZooLights! each night until Christmas Eve for no extra cost.

Maxed Out Puppetry will be delighting kids of all ages with their Fairy Tale puppets shows in the EdZOOcation Station. After the show see some of our smaller animals up-close and personal. A fun craft will also be part of the fun. Children are encouraged to dress up in their favorite “fairy tail” costumes.

If you’re tired of the same boring egg hunts every Easter, grab your camera to record all those special Easter memories and hop up to our annual "Breakfast with the Bunny". Tickets include a hot buffet breakfast, a fun craft for the kids, a ride on the carousel, an Easter treat, and a visit from the Easter Bunny who will be hopping around for photo opportunities.

Join us in the Auditorium for our annual Mother’s Day Brunch. Tickets include a delicious brunch, a fun craft for the kids, a ride on the Conservation Carousel and a family photo opportunity. Don't forget to walk around the zoo afterwords and see some of our Mama animals.
