Service Charge

All food and beverage is subject to a 15% service charge.

 

Staffing

Each event requires specific staffing, additional fees may be necessary to meet the needs of the event. Taste of the Wild Catering will determine the number of staff required for your event based on the confirmed number of guests.

 

Station Chef Fees

Station buffets, require one Chef for every 150 guests. $100 for each Station Chef up to two hours; $35 per chef for each additional hour.

 

Beverages

All menu items come with water and lemonade unless specified otherwise. Soda machines in the Events Pavilion and RendeZoo are $2.00 per person for two hours.  Canned soda and bottled water is also available for an additional charge.
