IT’S TIME FOR A WILDLY ROMANTIC VALENTINE’S DAY AT UTAH’S HOGLE ZOO

(Salt
Lake City, UT) – It’s that time of year again – love is in the air and it’s
making you feel positively animal! Why not spend quality Valentine’s Day time
this February at Utah’s Hogle Zoo? There are plenty of fun-loving activities
for singles, couples and families alike.

For sweetie-seeking singles… For the first time ever, Hogle
Zoo is hosting a Mating Dances and Wild Romances Singles Mixer February
2, 2009 from 6 to 9 pm
in honor of the LOVE-liest
time of year! Hogle Zoo is helping the unattached find their inner swooning
Saint Valentine with an evening of aphrodisiacal appetizers and concupiscentconfections, all while providing a little lesson on how animals
pick their partners. This year at Hogle Zoo, singles may just find their soul
mate while swirling around in a pot of fondue! Cost is $27
for members, $30 for non-members.

For the hopelessly smitten-

If
you’ve never seen a passionate porcupine or an amorous armadillo, it’s time to
learn how animals find their mates. Adults 21 and over can ditch the
boring dates and Barry White CDs for a session of Mating Dances and Wild
Romances
February 7 and 13 from 6 to 9 pm. Join Hogle
Zoo’s Education Department as they provide a look into the private lives and
courtship behaviors of animals from around the world. It’s an evening of fun
as couples dine on a delectable dinner prepared by Hogle Zoo’s own executive
chef and learn how animals play the mating game.
