What’s Happening at ZooLights!

December 2, Wednesday (VIP, Booster and Booster Deluxe preview night)
5:30 – 8 p.m. (grounds close at 9 p.m.)

  • Booster and Booster Deluxe Members only preview night
    • $3 Admission or Booster Deluxe can use their free night.
  • Santa’s Station, 5:30-8:30 p.m.
  • Carolers will roam Zoo grounds from 6-8 p.m. In period costumes, singing classic Christmas carols, they help set the perfect holiday mood.
  • Also in Grandma’s House (Asian Highlands), Kipper Brothers Puppet Works! Sip hot chocolate while watching puppet shows, 6-8p.

December 3, Thursday
5:15 – 9 p.m. (grounds close at 10 p.m.)

  • Gather in the entry plaza when the magic happens and the switch gets flipped!
  • Got something on your wish list? Stop in and chat with the Jolly Old Elf before you stop at the Beastro for some hot chocolate. Be sure to get in on the S’make Your own S’more Station!

  • It’s $3 Thursday!! Stop into any Wendy’s restaurant and pick up a voucher, good for $3 admission to ZooLights!
  • KSL-TV will broadcast live and help flip the switch and Sunny 103.1 will play your favorite Christmas tunes.

December 4, Friday

  • Carolers will roam Zoo grounds from 6-8 p.m. In period costumes, singing classic Christmas carols, they help set the perfect holiday mood.
  • Pizza Fridays – Feed your crew! A full pizza pie, plus four 21 oz. drinks just $25 in the Beastro!
  • Meet your Favorite Super Hero at ZooLights!  Heroic Inc will be on grounds from 6 to 8 pm in the Tinsel Tent.
  • West High’s Choir will be performing in the entry plaza from 6 to 6:30 p.m.

December 5, Saturday
5:30 – 9 p.m. (grounds close at 10 p.m.)

  • Santa’s Station, 5:30-9:30 p.m.
  • Macy’s Night! Each paying adult receives a $10 Macy’s gift card (while supplies last) – It’s an early Christmas present!
  • Celebrate a Knight at the Zoo with the local SCA chapter in period costumes, watch sword fights and see a real forge at work. Located in and around the Tinsel Tent from 6-8 p.m.
  • Carolers will roam Zoo grounds from 6-8 p.m. In period costumes, singing classic Christmas carols, they help set the perfect holiday mood.
  • Stop by the Beastro for the S’make your own S’more Station! Pick up a kit with chocolate, marshmallows, crackers and the roasting sticks. Yum!
