An essential function of working in food service involves these activities. I attest that there is no reason preventing me from performing these important functions of working in the food service areas.
If hired, I agree to follow the policies of Utah’s Hogle Zoo and understand that the Zoo reserves the right to amend or modify its policies at any time, without prior notice. No promise of employment or contractual obligation is being made by Hogle Zoo or this document. I understand that at the Zoo, my employment is at-will. This means I am free to terminate my employment at any time, for any reason, with or without cause. Utah’s Hogle Zoo also reserves the right to terminate my employment at any time, with or without cause.

I further understand that an investigative report may be made as to my character and general reputation. I authorize all past employers, schools, references, etc. to give Hogle Zoo any pertinent information in regards to the decision of my employment. I hereby release all past employers, schools, references, etc. from all liability in responding to inquiries in connection with this application.
