  Experience the world of our loveable animal friends through children storybooks, hands on crafts and a special visit from one of our own furry creatures. Each date has a different story, and a different friend, so there is always more to discover!

• Members-Only Tea Party
  Date: June 22
  
  Join us for a special Tea Party at the Zoo just for members! Princess Amerah will be entertaining children of all ages with sing-a-longs and stories while they enjoy an assortment of  princess perfect tea party snacks. Children can prove to the world that they are royalty by making their very own tiara to wear around, and talk with the animals, just like princesses do, while they visit with some of the Zoo's smaller animals up close! Children are encouraged to dress up in their very best princess ball gown.

• Members-Only Sunrise Safari
  Dates: May 18, June 15, July 20, August 24  
  Beat the heat and take your morning stroll at the Zoo! As you yawn and rub your own eyes, watch the animals stretch their legs (or wings) after a night's sleep. Or catch our nocturnal animals before they turn in for the day. Say hello to the Zoo Keepers getting ready for the day, or catch some of your favorite animals getting a bit of breakfast before the regular guests arrive.  The Zoo in the morning sure is a different place! Be aware that some exhibits will be featuring the amazing “man”, instead of their regular furry friends.  Zoo gates will open at 7:30 a.m.

• Members-Only Sunset Safari
  Dates:  May 9, 21, June 6, 18, July 11, 23, August 15, 27
  As the sun starts to spread it’s shadow across the valley, come experience the magic of the Zoo at twilight! When the night starts to cool down, many of our animal friends get up for a quick stretch before bed, while others search for the perfect spot to snuggle down for the night. Without the crowds of the hot summer days, you can see the zoo personally like never before! For our members,  Zoo gates with close at 8 p.m. and grounds will close at 9 p.m.

• Booster Nights

  Come join us for a special evening exclusively for our Zoo Booster and Booster Deluxe members.
