BooLights is your family’s destination for not-so-spooky friends, frights and lights. Enjoy the zoo after dark with themed light displays and animalized Halloween entertainment, activities, and scavenger hunt. Fun for all ages. Zoo members get $3 off the ticket price.
BooLights Neurodiversity Celebration is a sensory-friendly evening for guests to experience BooLights with adjustments to sound, flashing lights, and smells.
BooLights Dia de Los Muertos is a celebration of culture and Monarch butterflies during a special evening of BooLights. Enjoy additional activities that celebrate cultural traditions, including an animal ofrendas alter, face painting, keeper chats with animals from Central America, and crafts that feature the Monarch butterflies, a symbol of the souls of ancestors visiting during the holiday. All special activities are included with regular BooLights ticket. Everyone of all ages and backgrounds are welcome.
Costume Restrictions: No full face-covering masks, weapons, or resemblance of weapons of any kind are allowed. Any costume deemed by Hogle Zoo staff as a risk or threat will not be allowed. Utah's Hogle Zoo reserves the right to deny entry to any person whose costume is deemed inappropriate, crude, revealing, or graphic.
