Wild Aware Day

Calling fans of Utah’s great outdoors! Hikers, trail runners, campers, mountain bikers, and snowshoers, come learn how to recognize, avoid, and protect, Utah's habitats, native species, and natural predators. Interact with keepers and Wild Aware resource partners to identify scat (yes, poop) and tracks in your outdoor adventures. Enjoy crafts, activities, and keeper chats celebrating Utah's native species. See updates on the zoo’s new Wild Utah exhibit, opening in spring 2024. Included with general admission or zoo membership.
