Join our biologists as we survey amphibians throughout utah
Utah’s Hogle Zoo has been conducting Western toad surveys since 2014. Working in close partnership with the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources and the Forest Service, we hope to gather valuable data about Utah amphibians. As we monitor sites across the state, we track species growth, find breeding populations, restore habitats, and protect critical wetlands.
Surveys run from June-September and vary in length ranging from day trips to multi-day camping stays in remote settings.
