At Utah’s Hogle Zoo, conservation progress begins with connections between ourselves, our community, and the remarkable animals who inspire us daily. In 2025, we advanced these connections through innovation, education, and care.
We proudly celebrated receiving a perfect score from the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) following a stringent reaccreditation process that examined every aspect of our operations. Among 2,800 accreditation inspections conducted over 51 years, Hogle Zoo became only the tenth zoo to achieve this rare distinction.
Hogle Zoo stands as a beacon of nature’s resilience and human compassion. In 2024, we were particularly proud to work together as a team to unveil the Aline W. Skaggs Wild Utah exhibit, welcome new zoo additions and births, highlight strategic priorities, and re-imagine our annual zoo fundraiser.
