This full-day class allows adults 18 years and older to step into the world of zoos and learn about how Utah's Hogle Zoo cares for its animals. You will learn about the day-to-day operations of running an AZA-accredited zoo and how animal well-being is at the heart of everything a zookeeper does in their day: from cleaning enclosures, to preparing meals, and to providing enrichment. This deep dive into zookeeping will help you discover what the zoo does for conservation and how you can take action to become a Champion for Wildlife.
